Mainstream Commercial Divers, Inc. provided the general contractor with all of the underwater work required for the construction of the new Kentucky Lake 68/80 Bridge in Aurora, KY.
Mainstream performed the following:
- Underwater welding,
- Jetting and airlifting material
- Installation of concrete forms
- Pouring concrete around cans
- Underwater dive inspections of the bridge piers
- Installation of anchor bolts
- Assisted with the demolition of the old bridge (Including the use of explosives)
- Other various underwater tasks
